How to use a QC checklist
- Open your QC photos on your agent’s site as soon as the order reaches the warehouse, before you pay for international shipping.
- Pick the checklist for your item and work through it in order: critical points first (right item, size, stains), details after.
- Mark each point as OK, defect or not visible. If an important point isn’t visible, ask for an extra photo instead of guessing.
- Read the GL or RL suggestion, then decide: ship it, ask for more photos or request an exchange.
The verdict is only a suggestion: a small flaw may not bother you on an everyday hoodie but matter on a gift. The final call is always yours.
