Check QC

Frequently asked questions

+What do GL and RL mean on QC photos?

GL (green light) means you approve the item after looking at the QC photos; RL (red light) means you reject it and ask your agent for an exchange or a return to the seller.

+How do I decide between GL and RL?

Check the critical points first: right item, right size, right colour, and no stains or tears. If any of those fail, RL. If there are only minor flaws you can fix at home, GL. Our checklists walk you through it point by point.

+What should I do if a detail isn’t visible in the QC photos?

Ask your agent for extra photos of that exact spot. The Check QC message generator gives you the request in English and Chinese, ready to paste.

+Can I still return an item after giving it a GL?

While it’s still at the warehouse in China, many agents can still arrange a return, but the longer you wait, the harder it gets. Once the parcel has shipped to Canada, sending it back is slow and expensive.

+Why does the colour in my QC photos look different from the store photos?

Warehouse lighting and the seller’s photo editing both change how colours look. If the colour really matters, ask for a photo in natural daylight before you decide.

+Does Check QC have its own QC photos of products?

No. Check QC helps you review the QC photos your agent sends you. To discover items with QC photos, visit our main site.
